Motley is one of our homebred boys, born from two of our foundation Devon Rex cats, Alwynrose Versace Mo and Curliwinks Mr Bojangles. He is the full brother to Highglow Penny Mo, although where Penny inherited the shorthaired coat, Motley inherited the coveted longhaired gene.

Following closely in his father's footsteps, Motley has matured into a large, impressive boy with excellent height, substance, and presence. Combined with his exceptional head type, he has developed into everything we had hoped for and more. His broad head, strong features, and striking silver colouring make him a standout within our programme.

Motley is a complete goofball who thrives on attention. Whether he's rolling around dramatically in front of us or showing off from his enclosure, he always seems to find a way to earn a scratch, cuddle, or admiring glance.

As our first longhaired stud, Motley has been instrumental in developing our longhair programme and allowing longhair-to-longhair matings. We are delighted with the kittens he produces, consistently passing on his size, silver colouring, and excellent head width.

 Cinnamon Devon Rex 

Stan joined Highglow through a kitten swap with Roy of Loriendale Devon Rex, bringing with him valuable new genetics and opening the door for our cinnamon breeding programme. 

Through Stan, we were able to introduce cinnamon into our lines and produce a range of solid colours with our chocolate queens.

Stan is a gentle and easy-going boy, although somewhat shy by nature. He possesses a lovely coat, excellent head type, and a sturdy, stocky build with shorter legs. While not the most outgoing cat in the household, he is a sweet-natured boy who quietly goes about his day.

His offspring are proving to be very much in his image, consistently inheriting his strong type and overall appearance. We have been delighted with the contribution he has made to our breeding programme and the quality of kittens he has produced.

As Stan enters his final breeding season, we look forward to a few more special kittens before his well-earned retirement.

Dilute and Longhair Carrier 

Elf joined Highglow from Australia and brings with him an impressive pedigree, including his sire from the internationally renowned Royal Elf Devon Rex Cattery in Poland.

A boy with good size and strong type, Elf has many qualities we value in our breeding programme. While his coat is not currently as strong as we would ideally like, this is not uncommon in active stud males and often improves significantly following retirement.

Elf consistently produces kittens with excellent type, particularly when crossed with our Versace Mo lines, making him an important contributor to our programme. We have been especially pleased with the balance, structure, and overall quality of his offspring.

Away from breeding, Elf is a relaxed and friendly boy. He shares his run with our retired stud Curliwinks Mr Bojangles, and the pair have formed a close friendship. They can often be found running side-by-side on the exercise wheel, one of their favourite pastimes.
